Buyer acknow- <br />ledges receipt of a copy of the Allocation Agreement and <br />Amendment; <br /> <br /> B. <br /> <br />The Allocation Agreement and Amendment in- <br /> <br />volve the allocation of sewer capacity to that certain real <br />property commonly known as Valley Business Park ("Valley <br />Business Park") in the City of Pleasanton and more particu- <br />larly described as Lots 12 through 30, inclusive, and 35 <br />through 38, inclusive, as shown on that certain map entitled <br /> <br />Tract 4889, Valley Business Park, recorded September 16, <br />1981, in Book 129 of Maps, Pages 88 to 91, inclusive, <br />Official Records of Alameda County, and Lots A through M, <br /> <br />inclusive, as shown on that certain map entitled Parcel Map <br />No. 3860, recorded August 19, 1982 in Book 135 of Maps, <br />Pages 59 to 62, Official Records of Alameda County; <br /> <br /> C.
