Page 7 of 15 <br /> <br />public improvements shall further include such bridge <br />structures or culverts as may be required for two public <br />street crossings of the Tassajara flood control channel. <br />In addition, said public improvements shall include the <br />combining of the flow from the Chabot and Hewlett Canals <br />on the Southern Pacific, Latter Day Saints, and Willow <br /> <br />West properties on a line approximately one thousand (1,000) <br />feet east of Hopyard Road from RTE 580 to the Arroyo Mocho <br />flood control channel. Owner, or its Proposed Assignee, <br />shall construct a minimum of three bridge structures or <br />culverts as may be required for public street crossings <br />over the relocated Chabot and Hewlett Canals. Upon <br />rel~cating the Chabot Canal, Hopyard Road shall be widened <br />on its eastern side fronting Owner's property by two full <br />lanes to provide three full thru-lanes and one lane for <br />acceleration, deceleration and right turn only access to <br />Owner's property. <br /> <br /> E. Pay to the City, upon recordation of a parcel map <br />subdividing the property described in Exhibit "A" hereto, <br />cash grant of $625,000.00. Said grant shall be utilized <br />by the City to construct either a new municipal police <br />station or fire station, or for such other purposes as <br />may be determined by City, at the City's election. O~ner, <br />or its Proposed Assignee, further agrees to participate, <br />to the extent of fifty percent (50%) of the total direct <br />and indi.rect costs, in an assessment district to be formed <br />by the City to complete construction of the on and off ramp <br /> <br />-7- <br /> <br /> <br />
