Sente and Valley are the assignees of the <br />rights, obligations and interest under that certain Agree- <br />ment for Allocation of Sewer Connections (the "Allocation <br /> <br />Agreement"), by and between John Caroline and Joan Caroline <br />("Caroline") and the City, dated November 17, 1980, and <br />recorded December 2, 1980, as Instrument No. 80-211580, <br />Official Records of Alameda County.
