AMENDED AGREEMENT <br /> <br />Page 1 of 15 <br /> <br /> This Amended Agreement by and between the City of Pleasanton, <br />a municipal corporation (hereinafter referred to as "City"), <br />whose address is 200 Bernal Avenue, Pleasanton, California 94566, <br />and Willow West Properties, a co-partnership (hereinafter referred <br />to as O'~raer), whose address is 1385 West San Carlos Street, San Jose, <br /> <br /> is entered into this day of , <br /> <br />California 95126, <br />1980. <br /> <br /> RECITALS <br /> <br /> Whereas, City and Owner have entered into that certain <br />Agreement dated July 24, 1979, by and between the parties hereto. <br />Said Agreement is attached hereto as Exhibit "A", and made a part <br />hereof by reference; and <br /> <br /> ~'~ereas, said Agreement provides City and Owner certain <br />rights, obligations, and interests in the expansion of the Dublin <br />San Ramon Services District (hereinafter DSRSD) sewer treatment <br />facilities and the expansion of the Livermore Amador Water <br />Management Agency (hereinafter LAVWMA) pumping and outfall line <br />facilities; and <br /> <br /> l,~ereas, City as lead agency for the LAV~ expansion has <br />held a municipal election on June 3, 1980, as required by the <br />joint exercise of powers agreement establishing LAV~,~, dated <br />June 18, 1974, and modified May 31, 1977. Said election <br />results supported the expansion of the LAV%'~ facilities; and <br /> <br /> ~ereas, City, as lead agency for the LAVWMA environmental <br />documentation, has entered into an agreement between City and <br /> <br />-1- <br /> <br /> <br />
