CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 82-362 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH COUNTY OF <br />ALAmeDA AND DE LEUW, CATHER & COMPANY FOR <br />ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR PROPOSED GRADE <br />SEPAP~TIONS AND TRACK CONSOLIDATION INVOLVING <br />SOUTttERN PACIFIC TRANSPORTATION COMPANY AND <br />THE WESTERN PACIFIC RAILROAD COMPANY TRACKS <br />BETWEEN NILES AND PLEASANTON IN ALAMEDA COUNTY <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />1: The City Council approves the agreement between <br /> the City of Pleasanton and the County of Alameda <br /> and De Leuw, Cather & Company for engineering services <br /> for proposed grade separations and track consolidation <br /> involving Southern Pacific Transportation Company <br /> and the Western Pacific Railroad Company tracks <br /> between Niles and Pleasanton in Alameda County, a <br /> copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated <br /> herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the Mayor to execute the above- <br /> described agreement. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED SEPTEMBER 14, 1982 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and <br /> <br />Mayor Butler <br />None <br />None <br /> <br />None <br /> 9BERT~LER, ~YOR <br /> <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />Peter D.
