Tenant waives all <br />Landlord for damages to goods and property <br /> <br />claims against <br />in, upon or about <br /> <br />such premises, and for injury or death to ~enant or his <br />agents in or about said premises from any cause arising <br />during the term of this lease, or any extension or holding- <br />over. Tenant shall indemnify and hold Landlord harmless for <br />injury or death to any and all persons from any cause arising <br />during the term of this lease which occurs in or about said <br />premises. Upon request by Landlord, Tenant shall provide <br />Landlord a copy of liability insurance covering said premises <br />with limits no less than ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND AND NO/1OOTttS <br />DOLLARS ($100,000.00) for each person and THREE HUNDRED <br />THOUSAND AND NO/100THS DOLLARS ($300,000.00) for each incident. <br /> <br /> 9. FireInsurance. Tenant shall maintain insurance <br /> <br />for fire, extended coverage and special form, covering said <br />premises with Landlord as a named insured in an amount of <br />not less than ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND AND N0/100THS DOLLARS <br />($100,000.00). <br /> <br /> 10. Renewal. This lease may be renewed for two (2) <br /> <br />year periods at the option of the Tenant upon the same <br />conditions as set forth herein, upon Tenant giving Landlord <br />ninety (90) days notice prior to the expiration of this <br />lease or the first one year extension period.
