July 1, 1983, this Agreement shall forthwith terminate, and neither <br />of the parties hereto shall have any further obligation hereunder. <br /> <br /> 9. Company shall, upon completion of the construction <br />and installation of underground supporting structure as provided <br />for herein, pay to City the sum of two thousand four hundred thirty <br />eight dollars ($2,438.00) which sum represents Company's (i) <br />current cost for materials City is to provide as part of said <br />underground supporting structure as shown on said Exhibit A; and <br />(ii) current cost for the materials and labor City is to provide <br />for placing six street crossings at the locations shown on said <br />Exhibit A. <br /> <br /> 10.
