CO. <br /> COPY <br /> <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this day <br /> <br />of , 198__, by and between the CITY OF <br /> <br />PLEASANTON, a municipal corporation, hereinafter called "City", and <br />THE PACIFIC TELEPHONE AND TELEGRAPH COMPANY, a corporation, <br />hereinafter called "Company". <br /> <br /> WITNESSETH <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on April 28, 1981, the City Council of City, <br />pursuant to the provisions of the Municipal Improvement Act of 1913 <br />of the California Streets and Highways Code, adopted Resolution No. <br />81-124 entitled "A Resolution of Intention to Order Improvements in <br />Assessment District No. 1981-1, Pleasanton Park, City of <br />Pleasanton, Alameda County, California", as amended by Resolution <br />No. 81-275 on August 25, 1981 and further amended by Resolution No. <br />81-368 on October 27, 1981, wherein City declared its intention to <br />order certain acquisitions and improvements within the area <br />described in Resolution No. 81-121, entitled "A Resolution <br />Approving Boundary Map" adopted by City Council on April 28, 1981; <br />and hereinafter called "District", shown on the map on file in the <br />Office of the County Recorder, County of Alameda, entitled <br />"Assessment Diagram of ASSESSMENT DISTRICT 1981-1 PLEASANTON PARK, <br />City of Pleasanton, California"; and <br /> <br />- 1 - <br /> <br /> <br />
