Section 9. The salary and supplementary benefits set forth in this Resolution <br /> be the only compensation for the positions set forth in Exhibits A and <br /> B hereto and there shall be no right to receive benefits contained in <br /> any Memoranda of Understanding with the City's recognized employee <br /> organizations which are not included in the salaries and supplementary <br /> benefits set forth herein. It is the City Council's intention that <br /> there shall be mutual exclusivity between the compensation plans set <br /> forth in this Resolution and the items contained in Memoranda of Under- <br /> standing. <br /> <br />Section 10. If any section, subsection, subdivision, paragraph, sentence, clause <br /> or phrase of this Resolution or any part thereof is for any reason held <br /> to be unconstitutional, such decision shall not affect the validity of <br /> the remaining portions of this Resolution or any part thereof. The City <br /> Council hereby declared that it would have passed each section, sub- <br /> section, subdivision, paragraph, sentence, clause or phrase thereof, <br /> irrespective of the fact that any one or more sections, subsections, <br /> subdivisions, paragraphs, sentences, clauses, or phrases be declared <br /> unconstitutional. <br /> <br />Section 11.
