Section 4: The scope of work of the General Plan Review <br /> Committee shall be that as outlined in the General <br /> Plan Review Steering Committee report with the follow- <br /> ing modifications: remove the Daon, Kaiser, and From~ <br /> properties from the special problem areas list, and <br /> the Tracor NBA property from the "I" list. <br /> <br />Section 5: The scope of work shall further include (i) a review <br /> of the conditions of approval of already approved <br /> industrial/commercial projects with particular regard <br /> to their consistency from project to project and <br /> (ii) an evaluation of methods of monitoring compliance <br /> with project conditions. <br /> <br />Section 6: The Chairman of the General Plan Review Committee <br /> shall submit quarterly progress reports to the City <br /> Council, following agreement between the Council and <br /> General Plan Review Committee on the definition of <br /> "Balanced Community." <br /> <br />Section 7: After review of the quarterly reports, Council shall <br /> make changes if it is felt the Committee is putting <br /> too much emphasis on items beyond the Council's intended <br /> scope of study. <br /> <br />Section 8: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED OCTOBER 12, 1982 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and <br /> <br />NOES <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />Councilmembers <br />Mayor Butler <br />None <br />None <br />None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> ROBERT E.
