AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> THIS AGREEMENT entered into this day of , 1982, by <br /> <br />and between the CITY OF PLEASANTON, a municipal corporation, hereinafter referred <br />to as "City", and RAUSCHER, PIERCE, REFSNES, INC. Public Finance - California Division, <br />Suite 2750, One California Street, San Francisco, California, a corporation (hereinafter called <br />"Consultant"). <br /> <br /> WITNESSETH <br /> <br />The parties hereto do agree as follows: <br /> <br /> This Agreement is made and entered into with respect to the following <br /> <br /> That City is considering undertaking a program to implement adjustments in <br /> its water service rate structure; and <br /> <br /> b. That City desires to develop a feasible, economical and equitable plan of <br /> <br /> procedure in initiating revisions in said rate structure; and <br /> <br /> c. That preparation of such a plan and its execution require certain studies, <br /> <br /> analyses and recommendations to be made by persons qualified by training <br /> and experience to do so; and <br /> <br /> d. That Consultant represents that it is skilled in making studies and analyses <br /> <br /> described in this contract and represents that it is qualified by training and <br /> <br /> experience to perform the work hereinbelow set forth. <br />2. EMPLOYMENT OF CONSULTANT.
