Implementation Program 4: To provide incentives <br />such as reduced development fees, assistance in <br />providing public improvements, fast tracking, etc. <br />to encourage the development of lower income housing. <br /> <br />There are several ways through which the City can help trim costs <br />for appropriate projects. Eliminating these costs can help make <br />lower income projects more feasible. <br /> <br />Implementation Program 5: To continue to set funds <br />aside from the growth management program to aid in <br />the provision of lower income housing. <br /> <br />Under growth management provisions developers have been able to <br />contribute to the City's housing trust fund to gain consideration <br />for their projects.
