Connection <br /> <br /> annexation of Owner's <br />in accordance with the following: <br /> <br /> (a) <br /> <br /> Owner agrees to pay the then-existing <br /> sewer connection fee for connection to the <br /> sewer system in accordance with applicable <br /> City ordinances. <br />(b) Owner agrees to pay all costs a~sociated ~ith <br /> <br /> extension of the sewer system to serve Owner's <br /> land, said system to be designed in accordance <br /> with City standards and subject to City approval. <br /> <br />(c) Owner agrees to pay an amount computed in <br /> accordance with the applicable City formula for <br /> connection to sewer facility improvements <br /> subject to a mutual benefit district, reimburse- <br /> ment agreement, or any other agreement. <br /> <br />(d) O~mer agrees to pay a monthly sewer service <br /> charge as is now or may hereafter be specified <br /> by ordinance. <br /> <br />-2- <br /> <br /> <br />
