It is also understood that ufrn construction of Quail Creek's interior <br />road that Quail Creek will landscape and maintain the road as required. <br /> <br /> It is also agreed that 0uail Creek my want to exchange certain properties <br />owned by Dr. Porter for that owned by Quail Creek and this can be done by <br />Outright Grant Deed or by lifetime easement, whichever ]Dr. Porter agrees to. <br /> <br /> Quail Creek agrc~ to pay any and all attorney's fees associated with any <br />of the transactions between Dr. Porter and Quail Creek. <br /> <br /> Quail Creek agrees that any costs associated with the transactions <br />involving Er. Porter and Quail Creek shall be payable by Quail Creek. <br /> <br /> It is agreed that this is a letter of intent which is signed in good faith <br />by both Dr. Porter and Quail Creek.
