CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 82-469 RESOLUTION APPROVING CONNECTION OF THE PORTER PROPERTY TO CITY SEWER AND WATER SYSTEMS WITH A PREANNEXATION AGREEMENT WHEREAS, the property on which the proposed Quail Creek affordable housing development is to be located is encumbered by easements for the benefit of the Frank Porter property, which is located at the southeast corner of the proposed development; and WHEREAS, the easements allow taking water, discharging water and road access; and WHEREAS, before development of the Quail Creek project can continue, it is necessary to clear these easements; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the connection of the Porter property to the city sewer and water systems provided that a preannexation agreement is executed by Dr. Porter, pursuant to the attached corresDondence dated November 22, 1982. Section 2: Approves these utility connections provided staff include appropriate conditions of approval on the tentative map for the Quail Creek project to require the clearing of the Porter easements. Section 3: Authorizes the Mayor to execute the Preannexation Agreement between the City of Pleasanton and Frank Porter. Section 4: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
