WHEREAS, <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />AL~{EDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 83-547 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING GENERAL PLAN AT~EN~ENTS TO <br />THE LAND USE/CIRCULATION ELEMENT CHANGING THE LAND <br />USE DESIGNATIONS FOR VARIOUS AREAS THROUGHOUT THE <br />PLANNING AREA <br /> <br />requests for General Plan changes to the Land <br />Use/Circulation Element of the General Plan have <br />been made concerning various areas through the <br />planning area, including the following: <br /> <br />John Ferreri and Fred Miranda request to <br />change land use designation of approximatel.v5.8 acres at <br />the southeast corner of Santa Rita Road and <br />West Las Positas Boulevard; <br /> <br />City of Pleasanton request to Cha~ge the land <br />use designation of nine ~cres at the northeast <br />corner of Tawny Drive and Bernal Avenue; <br /> <br />Lee ~aral request to change the land use <br />designation of an approximately 11,400 sq. <br />ft. site at 404 St. Marys Street; <br /> <br />City of Pleasanton request to change the land <br />use designation of the tier of lots adjacent <br />to Peters Avenue between St. John Street and <br />Old Bernal Avenue; <br /> <br />City of Pleasanton request to change the land <br />use designation of aDDroxinmtelV7.1 acres at the southwest <br />corner of Stoneridge Drive and 1-680; <br /> <br />~rray School District request to chanZe the <br />land use designation of apDroximately 11.9 <br />acres located on the north side of Muirwood <br />Drive between Springdale Avenue and Forest <br />Hill Drive; <br /> <br />Pleasanton Joint School District request to <br />change the land use designation of three sites <br />as follows: <br /> <br />(1) <br /> <br />Approximately 0.9 acres near the eastern <br />terminus of lower Abbie Street just <br />north of the Pleasanton Elementary <br />School site. <br /> <br />-1- <br /> <br /> <br />
