Exhibit "A" <br /> <br />37. <br /> <br />41. <br /> <br />42. <br /> <br />That the developer submit a refundable cash bond for <br />hazard control prior to issuance of a building permit. <br />That amount of this bond will be determined by the City <br />Engineer. <br /> <br />That a sanitary sewer sampling manhole be provided on <br />the sanitary sewer lateral unless otherwise waived by <br />the City Engineer. <br /> <br />That the developer comply with any and all applicable <br />requirements of the cross connections control and <br />backflow prevention device programs required by the <br />California Administrative Code, Title 17. <br /> <br />That approval for the number, type and location of fire <br />hydrants be withheld pending final design review by the <br />Fire Marshal and final review by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />That prior to issuance of a building permit, the developer <br />pay the applicable Zone 7 and City connection fees and water <br />meter cost for any water meters (irrigation meters) not <br />directly related to a building permit. <br /> <br />That only modular newspaper dispensers accommodating more <br />than one newspaper shall be allowed outside of buildings <br />within the development; the design of these racks shall <br />be approved by the Planning Division. <br /> <br /> <br />
