This will involve the sit- ing and sizing of reservoirs, booster pumps, and pipes for the entire study area, which consists of portions of the Bonde Zone, Zone A, and Zone B. CDM's computer program for water system analysis will be utilized. The pressure zone criteria developed in the January 1983 study will be used in formulating the plans. Task 3 - Formulate Plans for the Lands of Dunkley and Martin After the two siting and sizing plans are formulated for the entire study area, another analyses will be made to determine the sizing for only those facilities needed in the Bonde Zone and Zone A to provide water service to the lands of Dunkley and Martin. The analyses will be performed with the aid of CDM's computer program. Task 4 - Evaluation The results of Tasks 2 and 3 will be evaluated, and general recom- mendations will be made for reservoir, pumps, and pipes for the entire area, and specific recommendations will be made for pipe layouts and sizing within and immediately adjacent to the lands of Dunkley and Martin. Task 5 - Prepare Report A brief written report will be prepared describing Tasks I through 4. ADDITIONAL SERVICES CDM is available to perform additional services, including but not limited to the following: Preparation of preliminary and final designs of water system improvements. Preparation of construction cost estimates. Participation at Planning Commission and City Council meetings. TIME OF PERFORMANCE We can begin work within three days following authorization to pro- ceed. We will attempt to complete Tasks I through 5 within six weeks.
