Developer will make a lump sum payment of <br />Three Hundred Thirty-six Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty Dollars <br />($336,850.00) to City on April 1, 1984, which City may <br />combine with funds from other developers for construction of <br /> <br />needed right-of-way improvements. <br /> B. Credit for Fees <br /> <br /> For each building permit not yet issued pursuant to <br /> <br />this Growth Management approval, Developer shall receive <br />credit in an amount equal to: <br /> <br /> (i) The Capital Improvement Fund Fee (currently <br /> set at five hundred twenty-five dollars [$525] per <br /> <br />unit). <br /> <br />(ii) The bedroom tax <br />twenty-five dollars [$125] <br /> <br />change portions <br />increased costs <br /> <br />(currently set at one hundred <br />per bedroom).
