Within the <br />immediately adjacent <br /> <br /> 20 units <br /> 55 units <br /> 61 units <br /> 59 units <br /> 84 units <br /> <br /> 279 units <br /> <br />area shown on Exhibit A or any lands <br />thereto owned or controlled by Developer, <br /> <br />this agreement shall be the sole authority for any development <br />pursuant to the Growth Management Program. <br /> <br /> D. As a point of information, building permits have <br />been issued for the seventy-five (75) units authorized for <br />the years 1982 and 1983. Developer paid normal building <br />fees including Growth Management fees (Section III A of the <br />August 24, 1982 agreement). <br /> <br />II. DEVELOPMENT APPROVALS <br /> <br /> A. Zoning and Subdivision <br /> <br /> 1. Any and all necessary subdivision maps, <br /> <br /> rezoning proposals, or General Plan amendments, if <br /> required, must be processed in accordance with normal <br /> City procedures and State law. This is not a Development <br /> Agreement pursuant to Government Code Section 65864, et <br /> seq. <br /> <br /> 2. Developer may apply for necessary zoning and <br /> subdivision approvals in advance of the year for which <br /> Growth Management approval has been given. <br /> <br /> -3- <br /> <br /> <br />
