The high standards and abundant urban <br />landscaping would be beneficial in softening the <br />urban environment by minimizing dust, certain <br />pollutants and noise. <br /> <br />Siqnificant Effect. Temporary disturbance of site <br />and channels during construction. <br /> <br />Finding. The mitigation measure incorporated <br />into the Project to reduce temporary disturbance <br />substantially lessens the effect. <br /> <br /> <br />
