CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION N0.83-466 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENTS WITH TJ~ <br />FOR DESIGN OF FOUR TRAFFIC SIGNALS <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br /> The City Council approves the agreements between <br />the City of Pleasanton and TJKM for design of four <br />traffic signals (Bernal Avenue and Sunol Boulevard, <br />Santa Rita Road and Del Valle Parkway, Del Valle <br />Parkway and Hopyard Road, and Foothill Road and West <br />Las Positas), copies of which are attached hereto <br />and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the Mayor to execute the above- <br /> described agreements. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED OCTOBER 25, 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE <br /> <br />AYES Councilmembers <br /> Mayor Butler <br />NOES None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />- Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />James R.
