LEASE AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> THIS LEASE AGREEMENT, made this day of , <br /> <br />1983, by and between the CITY OF PLEASANTON, a municipal <br />corporation of the State of California (hereinafter referred <br />to as "Lessor"), and the VALLEY VOLUNTEER BUREAU, INC. <br />(hereinafter referred to as "Lessee"). <br /> <br /> RECITALS: <br /> <br /> A. Lessee is a nonprofit organization organized to <br />provide services throughout the Livermore-Amador Valley. <br /> <br /> B. Lessee is and has been a tenant of Lessor, leasing <br />office space in the property commonly known as the Police <br />Training Building at 519 Kottinger Drive in the City of <br />Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> C. That Police Training building at 519 Kottinger <br /> <br />Drive no longer meets the space requirements of the Valley <br />Volunteer Bureau. <br /> <br /> D, Lessor desires to continue to provide office space <br /> <br />to Lessee. <br /> <br /> In consideration of the mutual covenants contained <br /> <br />herein, the parties agree as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. Subject of Lease. Lessor leases to Lessee and <br /> <br />Lessee leases from Lessor the building commonly known as the <br />Police Annex building, 333 Division Street, for the purposes <br />contained herein. <br /> <br /> 2.
