Building Permits <br /> <br /> 1. Building permits may be obtained in the calendar <br /> <br />year for which growth management approval is given or <br />any time in the next two calendar years. Thus, where <br />this agreement identifies a growth management approval <br />for the year 1984, building permits for the authorized <br />units must be obtainedby December 31, 1986. <br /> <br /> <br />
