Growth Nanagement Fee <br /> Owner will contribute $525 per unit to the <br /> Capital Improvement Fund and $~00 per unit to the <br /> Housing Fund at the time of securinq building permits <br /> Public Needs <br /> <br /> In consideration of the public needs created by <br />this housing development, Owner agrees to contribute $600 per <br />building permit secured in 1984, with the fee to increase by <br />$50 in each calendar year thereafter. <br /> <br />IV. SEWAGE CAPACITY <br /> City agrees to use its best efforts to reserve capacity <br /> <br />sufficient for outstanding valid sewer permits but this <br />agreement does not guarantee the availability of sufficient <br />sewage treatment capacity to serve the Project; building <br />permits may be withheld if sewage treatment capacity is <br /> <br />determined by City not to be <br />permits are applied for.
