WHEREAS, THE Owners now anticipate, as with respect LO their <br />individual parcels, that the Nine Acre Parcel contain 114 apartment <br />unts and the Thirteen Acre Parcel 200 apartment units, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City is willing to allow conversion of Permits for <br />single~family dwellings to apartment units, in this instance~ with <br />each apartment unit being equal to .659 single-family sewer connection <br />Permits based upon the ratio of single-family sewer usage (220 gallons <br /> <br /> !45 <br />per day -~ .659.) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, <br />projects, the <br />and one-tenth <br />unit apartment <br />eight-tenths <br /> <br /> applying the conversion ratio of .659 to the proposed <br /> 114 unit apartment project would require seventy-five <br /> (75.1) single-family sewer connection permits, the 200 <br /> <br />project would require one hundred thirty-one and <br />(131.8) single-family sewer connection permits, This <br /> <br />will leave twenty-one and one-tenth (21.1) permits of the original <br /> <br />228 permits which the Owners wish to allocate to the Thirteen Acre <br />Parcel. Thus, the effect of the above is that the Thirteen Acre Parcel <br />is left with one hundred fifty-two and nine-tenths (152.9) Permits <br />(131.8 + 21.1 152,9) and the Nine Acre Parcel is left with seventy- <br />five and one-tenth (75.1) Permits. (See Exhibit C) <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, City and Owners hereby agree as follows: <br />1. GROWTH MANAGEMENT APPROVAL <br /> <br /> A.
