LONG-TERM AGREENENT <br /> <br />13th <br /> <br />MENT <br /> <br />THIS LONG-TERM AGREEMENT is made and entered into on the <br />day of September, 1983, by and between THE STONESON DEVELOP- <br />CORPORATION (hereinafter referred to as "Owner"), STONESON <br />ASSOCIATES (hereinafter referred to as "Owner"), and the CITY OF <br />P[EASANTON, a municipal corporation, (hereinafter referred to as <br />~'City"). Owners and City agree as set forth below. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, The Stoneson Development Corporation and Stoneson <br />Associates are the respective owners of two parcels of real property <br />in the City of Pleasanton described in Exhibit A, attached to this <br />agreement and made a part of it by reference, which consists generally <br />of an approximately nine acre parcel owned by Stoneson Associates <br />located at the southwest quadrant of the intersection of 1-680 and <br />Stoneridge Drive, which is Parcel D of Parcel Map 2509 ("the Nine <br />Acre Parcel"), and a 13.41 acre parcel owned by The Stoneson Develop- <br />ment Corporation bounded by Pleasant Hill Road, Stoneridge Drive, <br />and Springdale Drive, which is known as Tract 4588 ("the Thirteen <br />Acre Parcel"). <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Owners are individually seeking growth management <br />approval for their respective projects under the City's Growth <br />Management Program; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City may enter long-term agreements with project <br />owners meeting the requirements for such agreements pursuant to <br />Ordinance No. 1023 (Growth ~lanagement Program) and the implementing <br />procedures contained in Resolutions No. 82-66; and <br /> <br />-1- <br /> <br /> <br />
