That approval of case PUD-80-16-1D is subject to all <br />conditions of approval of Ordinance No. 973. <br /> <br />That the d~veloper be reminded that a comprehensive overall <br />signing program is required to be submitted to the staff <br />for approval prior to issuance of any buildlng permits <br />for the Meyer Business Park. <br /> <br />That all buildings and/or structures must comply with all <br />codes and ordinances in effect at the time required permits <br />are issued by the Building Division. <br /> <br />That the location of any pad mounted transformers shall be <br />subject to approval by the Planning Division prior to issuance <br />'of a building permit. Generally speaking, such transformers <br />shall not be located between any street and the front of a <br />building. <br /> <br />That approval of this case is subject to all conditions of <br />approval of Ordinance No. 1046 (approving case PUD-82-15). <br /> <br /> <br />
