EXHIBIT "A" <br /> <br />That the development be substantially as shown on the Revised <br />site plans, elevations, perspectives, sections and landscape <br />plans, Exhibit A, on file with the Planning Division, <br /> <br />That prior to issuance of any building permits, a plan for <br />Fire Department access to the five story buildings shall <br />be approved by the Fire Chief. <br /> <br />That the colors and design of the parking structures shall <br />match the office buildings and detailed design plans of the <br />parking structures shall be submitted to the Planning <br />Division for approval prior to issuance of buildin~ permits. <br /> <br />That the developer be aware that the PUD approving Meyer <br />Business Park allows a maximum of 554,400 sq. ft. of office <br />buildings within the park and that the proposed buildings <br />constitute 261,899 sq. ft. of that total. <br /> <br />That all parking within the development shall meet the <br />parking requirements of the Pleasanton Ordinance Code. <br /> <br />That only modular newspaper dispensers accommodating more <br />than one newspaper shall be allowed outside of buildings <br />within the development; the design of these racks shall <br />be approved by the Planning Division. <br /> <br />That landscape planters shall be incorporated within the <br />upper levels of the parking structures; vines and other <br />trailing type plants which can be trained to grow over <br />the upper edge of the structures should be used in these <br />planters. <br /> <br />That a landscape plan shall be submitted to the Planning <br />Division for approval prior to issuance of a building permit <br />and that this plan shall show the area between the road <br />on the northern side of the northern parking structure and <br />the northern property line of Parcel C as a landscaped area. <br /> <br />That the traffic analysis required by condition number 63 of <br />Ordinance No. 973 (approving case PUD-80--16) shall be carried <br />out to determine if any of the intersections listed in that <br />condition will reach LOS D as a result of potential traffic <br />generated by the buildings included under case PUD-80-16-1D. <br />If LOS D may be reached at any of those intersections, the <br />requirements of condition number 63 shall be met prior to <br />issuance of a building permit for either of the buildings <br />covered by case PUD-80-16-1D, <br /> <br /> <br />
