City shall cruse the sale of bonds for the <br />valley Avenue Extension Improvement District, the proceeds <br />of which shall be used in part to reimburse Valley for all <br />costs and expenses incurred or paid by Valley hereunder, if <br />such costs and expenses are included as a part of the costs <br />and expenses financed by the district and such costs and <br /> <br />expenses are reimburseable to Valley. <br />City shall be made within thirty (30) <br />the bonds of the district.
