29666-1798 <br /> <br />2.2 <br /> <br />Ruth and Going will prepare several alternative scenarios which depict the <br />possible site uses, the area necessary for each use~ and the location suggested <br />for each use. Preliminary phasing of each scenario will be suggested. <br /> <br />2.3 <br /> <br />Following the development of the scenarios, Ruth and Going will present them <br />to an appropriate group of City staff. The goal of this presentation will be to <br />solicit comments on the plans and to select the most viable alternative. <br /> <br />TASK II[ PREPARATION OF SCHEMATIC MASTER PLAN <br /> <br />3.1 <br /> <br />Based on the results of Task 2.3, Ruth and Going will refine the selected <br />scenario and prepare a schematic plan showing the location and size of <br />selected uses. The plan wiIl, if desirable, indicate a phasing program <br />indicating the anticipated implementation of the selected uses and the <br />location of the proposed facilities. <br /> <br />The schematic plan will be supported by a written report summarizing the <br />study process and results. <br /> <br />3.2 <br /> <br />Ruth and Going will present the final plan and summary report to the City <br />Countil for its approval. <br /> <br /> <br />
