ARTICLE 10 <br /> OTHER CONDITIONS OR SERVICES <br /> <br />(De. scribe any services not included above which are to be performed by the Architect or Owner. State whether ser- <br />vices to be provided by the Architect are Basic Services or Additional Services.) <br /> <br /> 1. "Owner", as used herein, shall refer solely to the City of Pleasanton and in no <br /> event shall it refer to the Pleasanton Public Facilities Corporation. <br /> <br /> 2. In the performance of the obligations set forth in this Agreement, Architect <br /> shall have the status of an independent contractor, and Architect shall not be <br /> considered to be an employee of the City for any purpose. <br /> <br /> 3. In accordance with the "Proposal for Service~" dated February 4, 1983, attached <br /> hereto as Exhibit A, Architect agrees to prepare plans and specifications adequate <br /> and sufficient to let for public bid.
