The addition willbe located to the southof the existing <br />building~ <br /> <br />Based on your proposed budget of $250,000 for 'the new structure ' <br />and possible intenior modifications to the existing building,'our <br />fee will be a lump sum of $15,000, or6%, ofyourpropbsed budget. <br />.In addition' to our fee, we are to be reimbursed at cost for out-of- <br />pocket expenses, ie., printing, long distance telephone calls, <br />postage and travel over 50 miles from our office. This amount will <br />not exceed $1,000 without your approval. <br /> <br />Our basic fee inciudes: <br /> <br />1. Program analysis <br />2. Design <br />3. Construction documents <br />4. All bidding documents <br />5. .Bid and negotiation time with contractors <br />6. Services during construction. <br /> <br />Work not":inc~uded: <br /> <br />1. Soils report <br />2. Topographic and survey maps <br /> 3.
