(e) Right of Reacquire. One (1) or more of <br /> the agreements pursuant to which Prudential assigns <br /> sewage capacity to Assignees may provide that Prudential <br /> may reacquire, by reversion or repurchase, the sewage <br /> capacity which Prudential assigned and conveyed to the <br /> Assignees if the properties are not developed within a <br /> specified period of time. If Prudential reacquires <br /> sewage capacity from Assignees, upon notice to City of <br /> such reacquisition, the Existing Prudential Capacity <br /> shall be increased by the amount of sewage capacity <br /> which Prudential reacquires. <br /> <br /> (f) Release of Obligations. Upon assignment <br /> of portions of the Existing Prudential Capacity, as evi- <br /> denced by Assignments of Sewage Capacity and Memoranda <br /> of Assignment, Prudential shall be released from all <br /> further obligations to City with respect to the obliga- <br /> tions assumed by the Assignees. <br /> <br /> 11. Restrictions On Allocations Of Capacity By <br />City. To assist in making sufficient sewage capacity avail- <br />able for the Prudential Property and to allow City and Pru- <br />dential to monitor the sewage capacity allocated to Pruden- <br />tial, City agrees as follows: <br /> <br /> (a) Allocation of Additional Capacity.
