5. Water System Improvements Along Foothill Road <br /> <br />These improvements are required to maintain the same level of <br />water service and fire flows currently provided along Foothill <br />Road in the vicinity of Foothill High School and Santos Ranch <br />Road. <br /> <br />A. New reservoir with an approximate volume of 400,000 gallons <br /> adjacent to the 250,000 gallon Santos Ranch Reservoir. <br /> <br />B. New booster pump near Foothill High School with an approximate <br /> capacity of 200 qpm. <br /> <br />New 12-inch pipe from Santos Ranch Reservoir easterly along <br />Santos Ranch Road then northerly along Foothill Road. <br />Length: approximately 5,000 feet. <br /> <br />6. Miscellaneous Appurtenant Work <br /> <br />Included with all, or portions, of the above-described facilities <br />will be clearing and grubbing, demolition grading, access roads, <br />fencing, lighting, landscaping, irrigation systems, pavement <br />restoration, and appurtenances. Also included will be the acquisi- <br />tion of all necessary interests in real property necessary for the <br />construction and acquisition and/or performing all of the work <br />related thereto. <br /> <br />-2- <br /> <br /> <br />
