CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 83-362 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPOINTING ED McGOVERN AND JERRY MORROW <br />TO THE GENERAL PLAN REVIEW COMMITTEE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />two vacancies have occurred on the General Plan <br />Review Committee due to the resignations of Paul <br />Ebright and Robert Pearson; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />several interested persons were submitted as <br />candidates for appointment to the committee; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Council hereby appoints Ed McGovern to <br /> the General Plan Review Committee. <br /> <br />Section 2: <br /> <br /> The City Council hereby appoints Jerry Morrow to <br />the General Plan Review Committee conditioned uDon <br />receipt of a Written resignation by Robert Pearson. <br />(Note: Said resignation has been received and a <br />copy is attached hereto.) <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED AUGUST 23, 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Mohr and Wood <br />NOES: Councilmember Mercer and Mayor Butler <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None ~~ <br />ATTEST: ROBERT.~UBUTLER, MAYOR <br /> <br />Peter D.
