S!IAW, <br /> <br />25[5 Palln Avenue, l~veErnore, <br /> <br />Ca].ifor~ia 945=50 (hereinafter referred <br /> <br />RECITALS <br /> <br /> WHER~;AS, the City is serving as the lead agency in Uhe <br /> multi-jurisdjctional~ Pleasanton/Dublin Transit Study, said study <br /> funded through the Metropolitan Transportation Con~ission; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City will require additional professio~al <br /> transportation assistance; and <br /> <br /> ~EREAS, because existing City personnel are u~ava~lable to <br />provide such additional assistance, the City desires to utilize <br />professional ~.ranspo~tation consultant services in order to <br />expeditiously provide ~.he temporary professional staff to the <br />City; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Contractor ~s ex[~eriencud in l~r{~vs~din,3 local <br />portation services, and is therefore ~uaJ. j fjed to provide the <br />L~rofessjona] trauspor'tatjon assistance necessary to the City. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFO~.], C3ty and ContractoE agree as follows: <br /> <br />1.
