Repair outfall areas below culverts which have eroded. <br /> <br />4. Remove 650 feet of asphalt paving pathway. Replace only 300 feet <br /> since the remaining 350 feet is in the slide area. <br /> <br />5. Repair areas along creek bank that have been eroded. <br /> <br />The stabilization of the mudslide and the repair of the irrigation <br />lines can be postponed until next spring. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />Staff recommends that your Council, at your meeting of August 9, 1983: <br /> <br />(1) <br /> <br />Appropriate $20,000 to repair the immediate needs of <br />Kottinger Park'to prevent further damage and to protect <br />the safety of'the park users. <br /> <br />(2) <br /> <br />Direct the staff to prepare plans and specifications for <br />this work for approval by the Council at the earliest <br />possible time. <br /> <br />Respectfully submitted, <br /> <br />R o L.
