NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br /> Approves a Mitigated Negative Declaration for a <br />General Plan amendment to the land use designation <br />of approximately 23 acres located at the southeast <br />corner of 1-580 and 1-680 in the vicinity of 7090 <br />Johnson Drive from "General and Limited Industrial" <br />to "Industrial/Commercial and Offices", subject to <br />mitigating conditions as set forth in Exhibit "A" <br />attached hereto and by this reference incorporated <br />herein. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JULY 26, 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Mercer, Mohr, Wood and Mayor Butler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Brandes ~~,~~ <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> R B R MAYOR <br /> 0 ERT E.
