2. The Phase IIIA Expansion Study by Bro~n~ and Caldwe]l <br />dated May 30, 1980 identifies the capacfftv of the DSRSD plant <br />upon comoletffon of Phase IlIA as being in excess of 9.0 MGD. <br />Phase IlIA construction is substantially complete. In addition, <br />recent analysis of incoming flow meters has defined more <br />precisely the actual flows to the DSRSD Dlant. <br /> <br /> 3. The City of Pleasanton and the Dublin San Ramon <br />Services District each agree to produce annual flow reoorts <br />showing current flows and flows projected by the sale of permits <br />or commitment of sewerage capacity. The report will be <br />prepared and submitted by October 31 of each year and will <br />consider the April through September flows as the basis of <br />dry weather flow and the previous six month (water year) <br />October through March as the basis of wet weather flows. <br />A water year is defined as October 1 to Sentember 30. <br /> <br /> 4. Each agency shall prepare a forecast by October 31 <br />of each year of future permit sales or future commitment of <br />sewerage capacity for the coming twelve months October to <br />September of the coming water year. Each agency will prepare <br />an additional forecast of anysnecial flows into the treatment <br />system. <br /> <br /> 5. Each agency shall work diligently with the other <br /> <br /> to implement a flow management system as determined by the <br /> Brown and Caldwell study authorized by DSRSD on <br /> <br /> 6. If either or both agencies exceed its authorized <br /> capacity, either or both agencies shall imnlement a water <br /> conservation program or other measures to bring its flows <br /> back within limits during the next water year, October to <br /> <br />-2- <br /> <br /> <br />
