[n the event the yrantee shall <br /> fail, neglect, or refz~e to remove the ~id facilities and so restore the premises, the United Sta~es <br /> shall have the option either to take over the snid ]acihties as the property of the United Sta~s <br /> without compen~tion therefor, or to remov~ said [hciZi~ies and perform the ,estoration Work~ <br /> a[ore~d at the expense of the ~antee. and in no e~ ent shah the Zr,zntee howe any claim for damages <br /> dgainst the United States, or its officers or agents, on eccount of the taking over of e~id facilities or <br /> on account of their removal. <br /> <br /> J 4. That the provisions and conditions of this instrument shall extend to and be binding upon <br />and shall inure to the benefit of the heirs, representatives, succes,~ors, and assiZ,ms of the grantee. <br /> <br /> 15.
