c. Upon completion of construction, provide <br /> <br />Owners with detailed accounting of the total construction cost <br />of the work performed under the City contract. <br /> <br /> 4. Reimbursement of Costs. Owners, upon the recordation <br />of a sale of, or the issuance of a building permit for, any <br />lot adjacent to any portion of the'Del Valle Parkway as <br />described in Exhibits "B" and "B-I", whichever occurs first, <br />shall reimburse City for the total construction cost of the <br />work performed under the City contract. No interest shall <br />be payable. Owners shall give City notice of the date of <br />escrow of any pending sale of any lot referred to herein. <br /> <br /> 5. Because Owners had installed the traffic signal at <br />said intersection at their sole cost and expense, and because <br />the temporary street connection will result in traffic utilizing <br />the California Street/Stanley Boulevard intersection unrelated <br />to the Owners' development, City shall pay Owners the total <br />sum of $15,000, to be paid as a credit toward the reimbursement <br />required of Owners pursuant to Section 4 herein at the time <br />said reimbursement is due. <br /> <br /> 6. To the extent that any subsequent subdivision creates <br />developable lots on the south side of the Del Valle Parkway <br />within the Property, development on those lots shall be allowed <br />to develop using only those improvements to the Del Valle <br />Parkway constructed by City pursuant to Section 3 herein until, <br />in the opinion of the City Engineer, further roadway improve- <br />ments to the Del Valle Parkway are required. <br /> <br />-4- <br /> <br /> <br />
