CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 83-250 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING <br />FEES AND CHARGES FOR VARIOUS MUNICIPAL SERVICES <br />OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON (RESOLUTION NO. 77-123) <br />BY AMENDING SECTION III (RECREATION) IN ITS ENTIRETY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City of Pleasanton provides a variety of municipal <br />services for which fees and charges have been established <br />and compiled in Resolution No. 77-123; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend Section III (Recreation) in <br /> its entirety; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />1: Section III (Recreation) of the resolution establishing <br /> fees and charges for various municipal services (Resolu- <br /> tion No. 77-123) is hereby amended in its entirety <br /> by adding the schedule of fees as described on Exhibit <br /> 'A" attached hereto and by this reference made a part <br /> hereof. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JUNE 28, 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Mohr, Wood and Vice Mayor <br /> Mercer <br />NOES: None ~RCER ,~ <br />ABSENT: Mayor But ler <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> D C 1 k <br />By Doris George, eputy ity C er <br /> <br />Peter D. ac on~a , i y Attorney <br /> <br /> <br />
