The obligations of both ~he property owners and PGanciE under PGandE's Electric Rule No. 16 on file with the California Public Utilities Commission (Commission), relating to service installations, are not included in this agreemenL 8. Any rearrangemerits, relocation, adder'ion to or modification of the Electric Facil'ities as shown on E. xhibit "A" after commencement of construction required for any reason other than the sole convenience of PGandE shall be paid for on d,zmand and in advance bS~ 9.
