PGandE shall also, r~move the existing overhead eTectric facilities owned by PGandE in the Dis~:rict as shown on Exhibit '~A." PGa~dE shall not be required~ however~ to discontinue overhead service to any customer until such customer shall ha'~e r~:arFanged his electric faciTities to enable him to take underground service. PGandE shall ~urnish and install street lighting facilities (Street Lighting facilities) (except bases and poles installed by City) within the District as shown on Exhibit "A" in accordance with the provisions of PGandE's Schedule [S-iC, a copy of which is attached and made a part hereof.
