AGREEMENT FOR ZONE 7 HEADQUARTERS SITE <br /> <br /> TItIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into this day <br /> <br />of. .................. 1983 by and between ZONE 7 OF ALAMEDA COUNTY <br /> <br />FI~OOD CONTROl, AND '~JATER CONSERVATION DISTRICT (hereinafter <br />referred to as "Zone 7")t and the CITY OF PLEASANTON (herein- <br />after referred to as "City"), a municipal corporation, based <br />on nhe foiiGwing u,~dershaading: <br /> <br /> RECITALS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Zone 7 desires to develop a 0.864-acre site <br />("Site") at the Pleasanton Sports and Recreation Park for <br />administrative office facilities; and <br /> <br /> WliEREAS, City is willing to contribute the proposed Site <br />~:o Zone 7 and finds that the public health, safety and welfare <br />of the people of P]easanton will be benefitted if the Site <br />is developed by Zone 7 subject to a~propriate conditions as <br />set forth herein; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the method by which this may be accomDlished <br />requires that tlne City revert ownership of the proposed Site to <br />the United States of America and that Zone 7 obtain ownership <br />of the Site from the United States of America in accordance <br />with established procedures; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, based on the foregoing mutual understandings <br />the City and Zone 7 agree as follows: <br /> <br /> 1.
