AGP&]EMENT FOR ZONE ~_HEADQUARTERS SITE <br /> <br /> THIS AGREEMENT js made and entered into this day <br /> <br />of ................. , 1.983 by and between ZONE 7 OF ALAMEDA COUNTY <br /> <br />FLOOD CONTROll AND ~ATER CONSERVATION DISTRICT (herej~afEer <br />referred to as "Zone 7")~ and the CITY OF PLEASANTON (herein- <br />after referred to as 'lCitv"), a municipal coxpotation/based <br />on ~he folio~ing ~.~r~derst~d~ng~ <br /> <br /> RECITALS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Zone 7 desires to develop a 0.864-~acre site <br />("Site") at the Pleasanton Sports and Recreation Pa~k for <br />administrative office facilities; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City is willing to contribute the proposed Site <br />to Zone 7 and finds that the public health, safety and welfare <br />of the people of Pleasanton will be benefitted ~f the Site <br />is developed by Zor~e 7 subject to aDpropriate conditions as <br />set forth herein; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the metb~d by which tbis may be accomplished <br />requires that the Ci~.y rever~ o~ne'~shiD of ~he propesed Site to <br /> <br />the United States of ~erica and that <br />of the Site from ~J~e United States of <br />w~th established p'rocedures; <br /> <br />Zone 7 obtain ownership <br />America ]n accordance <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, based on the foregoing mutual understandings <br />the [~ity and Zc~ne 7 agree as follows: <br /> <br /> 1.
