P~L1TALS <br /> <br /> THIS AGRt~T is made with reference to the followi.ng facts and <br /> <br />objectives: <br /> <br /> 1. Property Owner is the o~mer of real property in the City of <br />Pleass~nton described in Exhibit "A", attached to this agreement and made a part <br />oi it by this reference, which consists generally of an approximately three (3) <br />acre site located west of J~nipero Drive on Skmol Road. <br /> <br /> 2. Ground Lessee has a Ground Lease dated January 8, 1979 with Property <br />Owner by which he has possession of the property to which the agreement herein <br />applies for approximately 47 years and has the right, by reason thereof, to <br />construct improvements upon said property consistent wi~h the provisions <br />thereof. <br /> <br /> 3- Ground Lessee has applied for rand received City approval_ to <br />comstruct two comercial buildings consisting of 2,6~ sq. ft. and 3,915 sq. ft. <br />I'espectively, on tile sobjeer site. <br /> <br /> <br />
