CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 83-237 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH THOMAS M. <br />RICHERT AND S.S~&G. INVESTORS FOR DEFERRED <br />STREET IMPROVEMENT OF SUNOL BOULEVARD <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Council approves the agreement between <br /> the City of Pleasanton and Thomas M. Richert and <br /> SoS. & G.
