OF PLEASANTON <br />STAFF <br />REPORT <br /> <br />May 17, 1983 <br /> <br />HONORABLE CITY COUNCIL <br />Pleasanton, California <br /> <br />Approval of Final Map, Improvement Plans and Subdivision Agreement for <br />Tract 4771, Vintage Hills Unit 12, Chamberlain Group <br /> <br />Members of the Council: <br /> <br />The Final Map and Improvement Plans for this tract have been checked <br />by the Engineering staff, and necessary corrections have been made. <br />The required Inspection Fees, Bonds~ Insurance and Agreements have been <br />received or will be received prior to the release of the map, <br /> <br />As a matter of information this development will contain 75 single <br />family residential lots and occupies 69 acres located east of Arbor Dr. <br /> <br />A location map and <br />your information. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />copy of the <br /> <br />subdivision agreement are attached for <br /> <br />Staff recommends that your Council review and approve the Final Map, <br />Improvement Plans and the Subdivision Agreement for this subdivision <br />at the May 24, 1983 meeting. <br /> <br />Respectfully submitted, <br /> <br />R.
